First introduced when the Earl called the Noah Family together for a meeting, his name was unknown until his formal introduction in volume 9. Volume 10 shows a flashback of Skin's past and his coming into being as a Noah. Then 25 years old, he worked in a New Orleans Dock Yard and sought the help of a preist because he was in immeasurable physical pain. He bore the "holy marks" as the preist said, on his forehead and was taken in and looked after by the preist from then on. Every night he suffered horrible nightmares, chewing his fingertips bloody untill the Earl visited him one night with Rodo. He awakened as a Noah, and was told his pain originated from the 7000 year old memories of his ancestor, Noah, and all the rage and hatred engraved in his genes. Rodo introduced him to sweets which he still loves 3 years later and is nicknamed "sweet tooth" by Tiki because of it. Skin's mission was to kill general Theodore and because of that he is currently facing Kanda. His ability is a transformation into a golem-like being of extreme energy, in the form of electricity. Anything he touches recieves thousands of volts through their bodies, He can generate chains within his opponent after several shocks of his energy have built up inside them and through those chains deliver massive amounts of electricity.

He represents the Wrath of Noah.

*NOTE* After chapter 98 it is believed that Skin has fallen at the hands of Kanda, as the other Noahs are seen unconsciously mourning. (A.K.A Bolic, Borik, Boric)
