- Affectionately called "Duke Millenium" by his followers, this is the guy in command. He is called "the creator" because it's his specialty to make Akuma. His goal is to exorcise the "false god" and bring the world to it's end. For that purpose he has recruited and called upon the Noah Family to serve. Though his goals are cruel the Earl himself is an odd character. He constantly ends his sentences with heart marks and talks of sadistic things very easily, as if they were jokes. Despite his will to destroy the earth he is very affectionate towards the Noah Family, even helping Rodo out with her homework. Affectionate as he may be, he is still an extremely powerful being. Unlike the exorcists, the Earl has little trouble with killing the powerful Noahs and once executed one of them when he was betrayed. It has just now been learned that the Earl not only makes Akuma but he has also been able to successfully reproduce Noah's Ark, originally used to save the last remnants of human kind during the flood It is now used to manufacture Akuma and also serves as a "base", located currently in Edo.
