[4] You don't have to provide your real name, a nickname is fine but try to keep away from using odd characters (ex. -=nickn@me!!=-)

[5] Please provide a REAL country on the form, it's used for categorizing.

For Website owners

[6] If you own a site/blog, I must be able to find the code, so please provide an exact URL to the code (for example, say you have a collective of sites but the code is only featured on one individual site or page).
