Eriol appears in a Tetris video game for PlayStation. I don't know much about it because it is still in japanese. It isn't his most significant appearance, but it does pretty much follow the Sakura Card arc. Beating different levels unlocks certain characters and image galleries. I think you can choose to play as Eriol or if you choose to be Sakura he becomes your rival. It also show cases other characters. I will post more 'Eriol-relevant" information as I find out more about it. For now if you want to get a glimpse of the game gallery go to the *Misc* section under the Gallery.
